Refund Policy

Try everything free for 14 days before paying a cent. If you buy and ReddUp still isn't right for you, tell us within 14 days of the purchase and we'll refund the purchase to the original payment method.

Try before you buy

Every new ReddUp installation starts with a free 14-day trial of the full Elite feature set — no card, no account. After the trial, the app settles into the Free edition, which is yours to keep. We'd rather you know ReddUp fits before any money changes hands.

One-time purchases

Pro and Elite one-time purchases come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we'll return the full purchase price to your original payment method. Refunded license keys are deactivated for future updates.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a monthly or yearly subscription at any time; cancelling stops future charges and your features stay active through the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't prorate partly-used periods, with two exceptions:

  • First subscription payment: the same 14-day money-back guarantee applies — if ReddUp isn't for you, ask within 14 days of that first charge for a full refund.
  • Accidental renewals: if a renewal (especially a yearly one) catches you by surprise, contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge and we'll refund it.

How to request a refund

Purchases are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, and refunds are issued through them. Either path works:

  • Reply to your Paddle receipt email (or use the help link inside it) so Paddle's buyer support can locate the order; or
  • Email us at feedback@reddupapp.com from (or mentioning) the email you purchased with, and we'll take it from there.

You don't need to justify the request. "It's not for me" is enough. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; banks typically post them within 5–10 business days.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that can't be waived where you live — for example the 14-day withdrawal right in the EU and UK. Paddle, as merchant of record, honors those rights in the checkout and refund process.
